Earnscliffe was commissioned to review the proposals and prepare a planning application Access Statement for the refurbishment of a Grade II listed Georgian terrace as part of a wider masterplan for incrementally redeveloping the whole school site. This included identifying the best locations for siting the lift and toilets and for improving access to the adjoining block by inserting a glazed entrance link.
